1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

At Vastra by Mitali, we strive to dispatch your orders within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Most orders are delivered within 3–6 working days, depending on your location.

For Northeast and Southern regions, delivery may take 6–8 working days.

Note: During festive seasons or high-volume periods, slight delays may occur due to courier loads. We appreciate your patience.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details directly from our logistics partners (BlueDart/Shiprocket) via SMS and Email.

Are there any additional taxes or fees?

No, all prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of all taxes.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India, though a nominal convenience fee may apply at checkout.


2. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations or modifications are only possible before dispatch.

Any request for change must be emailed to info@vastrabymitali.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

Dispatched Orders: If your order has already entered the dispatch window (within 24 hours), we cannot process a cancellation.

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once the parcel is handed over to our courier partner, we cannot reroute it.


3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Quality is our priority, but in the rare event of a defect, items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

Mandatory: A clear Unboxing Video is required for any damage claims or missing item complaints.

What if pickup service is not available in my area?

In cases where our courier partners do not provide a reverse pickup service, we request you to self-ship the parcel to our warehouse. Please share the courier receipt with us within 2 working days for further assistance.

Why does the product look slightly different from the photo?

Subtle variations in color or texture may occur due to studio lighting or screen resolutions. However, we ensure the product matches the description and craftsmanship shown.


4. IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

If you return a product purchased under a "Free Gift" offer, the free gift must also be returned.
