Vastra by Mitali Unboxing Policy

Unboxing Video Requirement: Whenever you receive an order from Vastra by Mitali, please record a complete unboxing video from start to end.

Importance of the Video: This video is essential for verification in case of issues such as damaged or missing items. It acts as valid proof, helping us provide a fair and quick resolution.


Return Policy

Eligibility: Return is only available in case of a damaged product.

Timeframe: Customers must initiate the request within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all tags attached.

Mandatory Requirement: A valid unboxing video is compulsory for any damage-related return claim.

Customer Responsibility: Return shipments are the customer’s responsibility, including all expenses. In case of courier loss during return transit, the customer bears full liability.


Refund Policy

Applicability: Refund is only applicable if the customer receives a damaged product.

Processing: The full amount will be refunded within 5 working days after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.


Exchange Policy

Eligibility: No questions asked—exchange is allowed freely for any product of the same or higher value.

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.

Charges: We can arrange a pickup; however, pickup charges apply and must be paid by the customer.

Terms: Once an item is exchanged, no further return or exchange is allowed. Orders placed using store credit are treated as exchange orders and cannot be returned/exchanged again.


Cancellation Policy

Time Limit: Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@vastrabymitali.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

Eligibility: Only orders cancelled within 2 hours qualify for a full refund.

Dispatched Orders: If the order is already under dispatch or has been dispatched within the 24-hour window, we cannot process the cancellation.

Prepaid RTO: If a prepaid parcel is not accepted and returns to us (Return to Origin), it can be re-dispatched with additional charges, but a refund will not be provided.


Vastra by Mitali Express Delivery & Dispatch

Express Delivery: Customers needing express delivery may contact us at +91 8003816799. Additional charges apply.

Dispatch Timeline: During festive or monsoon seasons, dispatch may take 6–7 working days due to high demand.

Pre-Order Information: Pre-order outfits are specially prepared and take 10–15 tentative working days to be ready. Once placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
